Shipping Policy

Each item is carefully inspected by hand to ensure quality, then shipped in protective packaging to ensure that your items arrive safely and in good condition. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. In order to request a replacement, you must send a photograph and brief description of the problem within 30 days of the purchase to Customerservice@nopcallowed.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have the sole discretion to replace a damaged or wrong item or give you store credit. We will not grant a refund or credit your account because the shipping provider did not complete delivery or the delivery was late. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded if lost or stolen. Back-ordered & discontinued items - we do our best to keep inventory in stock.  All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time. Unfortunately, returns of tee shirts and mugs are not possible at this time due to hygiene and safety concerns.
